Orofino Gold Corp. (ORFG)

Orofino Gold Corp. has several Gold development properties in Colombia, a current hot spot of gold production in the world markets.

It is known to all that the primary use of gold is associated to jewelry. About 78% of the gold consumed each year goes in the manufacture of different jewelry products. Uses of gold in electronics are in contacts, switches, relays, soldered joints, connecting wires and connection strips. Television sets, cell phones, calculators, personal digital assistants, global positioning system units and other small electronic devices are products which have gold as one of their building components.

Orofino Gold Corp. is a Colombia based gold producer founded as a private company in 2009 by former executives with over 50 cumulative years in mining exploration, finance, and development expertise.
Coming to uses of gold in medical science, most of us are aware of dental filling which also makes use of this metal. You may think of getting an iron filling, but few days later, this idea would seem not to have been a good one. Dental filling using gold, is although, a pricey affair, but the metal’s superior performance and aesthetic look and appeal are worth the investment. Gold is an inert metal, i.e., it does not react with any other substance. Apart from this, it is non-allergenic and provides ease to dentists to work with it. Keeping all these things in mind, the metal is used in fillings, crowns, bridges and orthodontic appliances.

Orofino’s corporate objective is to continue to build shareholder value through the exploration and development of Senderos de Oro and additional accretive acquisitions, capitalizing on the extensive experience and relationships that management has developed over the past 25 years.

Orofino Gold Corp is releasing the results of an updated technical report on its mining concessions in Sur de Bolivar, Colombia. This 2010 report confirms and reinforces the promising findings of previous claim holders. This initial report was produced on behalf of Orofino by Thomas H. Carpenter, P.Geo of Discovery Consultants, Orofino’s Geological Consultants hired to assist with the production of a comprehensive 43-101 compliant report. In his analysis, Mr. Carpenter makes the following conclusion:

“[Shaw] observed that the Metallogenic zonation around Cerro San Carlos evokes a very viable ‘hidden porphyry’ exploration model. Based upon exploration carried out by Metallica it was clear that the area hosts significant gold, copper and silver mineralization, which may be amenable to the development of bulk-tonnage and/or high-grade underground gold-silver-copper exploration targets. [Shaw's] interpretation and the prospectivity of the area have been confirmed by the author.”

Mr. Carpenter’s findings reiterate the potential of Orofino’s concessions and why Guavita S.A., Metallica Resources, AngloGold, and others have valued them over the years. Mr. Carpenter’s confirmation of earlier analysis is assisting Orofino as it progresses toward ultimate development of these sought-after claims. Cleantech Transit, Inc. (CLNO)

Biodiesel fuel, which is a type of biofuel, can be created from animal fats, restaurant grease from cooking food, oil from vegetables such as soybeans and corn, and even algae. A biodiesel fuel vehicle is a vehicle that uses renewable fuel sources, such as vegetable oil and animal fats, to power and run a diesel engine. Biodiesel fuel is an alternative fuel source that is widely available and easy to acquire.

Cleantech Transit, Inc. was founded to capitalize on technology advances and manufacturing opportunities in the growing clean energy public transportation sector. The Company has expanded its focus to invest directly in specific green projects.

According to a study conducted by the U.S. Departments of Energy and Agriculture in 1998, using biodiesel fuel reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 78% when compared to regular petroleum fuel. That means that if more cars, factories and anything with a gas engine used biodiesel, we could drastically reduce the greenhouse gases in the air that are contributing to global warming.

Recognizing the many economic and operational advances of converting wood waste into renewable sources of energy, Cleantech has selected to invest in Phoenix Energy (www.phoenixenergy.net). This project can generate shareholder returns as well benefit the Company’s manufacturing clients worldwide.

Cleantech Transit, Inc. original aim was to develop opportunities utilizing advances in technology and manufacturing processes in order to develop significant market share in the growing clean energy public transportation sector.

With the growth in the green sector as a whole the CLNO has expanded its focus to invest directly in specific projects. Recent advances in the technology of converting wood waste into power have so greatly enhanced the economic value of their systems they have launched the biomass division as a separate company, Phoenix Energy, to focus exclusively on generating greater returns for manufacturing clients worldwide.
