ValueClick (VLCK) shares are trading lower this afternoon, apparently on Street disappointment with the company ‘s guidance for the second quarter.
For Q1, the online marketing company reported revenue of $95.7 million, a hair below the Street at $96.2 million, and consistent with the company’s recent pre-announcement. Non-GAAP EPS of 19 cents a share was above previous estimates of 15-16 cents.
For Q2, the company sees revenue of $95 million to $98 million, with non-GAAP EPS of 16-17 cents; the Street has been expecting $98.3 million and 13 cents.
VCLK in late trading is off $1.17, or 12.1%, to $8.50.
