RF Micro Devices (RFMD) this afternoon posted Q4 revenue of $260.8 million, up 4.2% sequentially and 51.4% from a year ago, and ahead of the Street at $240.2 million Non-GAAP EPS of 16 cents a share beat the Street by a nickel a share.
The wireless handset chip company said it expects sequential revenue in the June quarter, with gross margins consistent with the March quarter. The company sees FY 2011 revenue and non-GAAP EPS up from 2010; RF Micro said it expects free cash flow in FY 2011 to be comparable 2010. RF Micro also said it expects to become net cash positive in FY 2011.
RFMD in late trading is up 13 cents, or 2.4%, to $5.62.
