PTS, Inc. (OTC.BB:PTSH) announced that through its ThinLine division it has signed a 3 year IT Services deal with United Power.
United Power is acknowledged experts on the resale of products especially suited for medium voltage power distribution, in addition to providing a wide portfolio of products for other aspect of the electrical utility business. United Power has been serving electrical utility Customers within Georgia continuously since 1976. They have developed a reputation for customer sensitivity, fair dealing and exceptional quality during this time.
United Power required an IT solution that would allow them to contact one source for all of their IT needs.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALNY), a leading RNAi therapeutics company, reported on Roche�s corporate restructuring and its implications on RNAi therapeutics.
Specifically, Roche reported their decision to effect a broad-based corporate restructuring that will result in discontinuation of certain activities in research and early development, including RNAi research conducted in Kulmbach, Germany and Madison, Wisconsin.

MeadWestvaco Corporation (NYSE:MWV) reported a significant investment to grow its corrugated packaging business in the attractive Brazilian market.
MWV will expand operations at Rigesa, the company�s Brazilian subsidiary, in order to meet growing customer demand for high-quality packaging solutions. The company will invest approximately $480 million to develop its existing facility located in Santa Catarina State, including the installation of a new, state-of-the-art paperboard machine that will double the capacity of its Tr�s Barras mill.
Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) reported that it is expanding the Autodesk Seek web service to make it easier for building product manufacturers to provide product information directly to designers and analyze how their products are being used.
